ABOUT
MTI Engineering and Testing, Inc. (formerly EnCon Engineering and Testing, Inc.) was established in 2006 by a group of Professional Engineers and engineers with more than 70 years of combined technical and managerial experience in the field of geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing and inspection, laboratory services, and specialized testing/services. We are located in Vienna, VA.
Our inspectors and technicians are certified in their respective disciplines by ACI, WACEL, VDOT, and AWS. Our laboratories are accredited by AASHTO (formerly AMRL), CCRL, and WACEL for the following standards: R18 (Quality System for Construction Materials Testing), ASTM D-3740 (Soil), ASTM C-1077 (Concrete), and ASTM E-329 (Soil and Concrete Field Inspection).
